The process we follow after you register

After you register there are certain procedures we follow to ensure you gain the most from working with us to find a job.

1. We'll have a chat

If we think we can help you with your job search, one of our specialist consultants will invite you for a confidential interview (either in person or over the phone). This is your chance to discuss your previous experience and, more importantly, your career ambitions and expectations for the future.

2. We can devise a personal action plan

Completed by you and your consultant this includes an agreed course of action. It will detail what you want to achieve, the timescales in which these can be achieved and the most effective ways of attaining them.

3. We can offer pre-interview advice

We want you to get every job you go for and so will try to help you prepare for each one. That's why your consultant will be available to answer any questions you might have related to your interview.

4. We aim to give post-interview feedback

Many of our candidates have told us that other recruitment consultancies don't get back to them following unsuccessful interviews. We believe it's important to pass on negative as well as positive points from each interview to help you improve in the future.

5. We can negotiate your contract for you

Upon a successful interview we can use all our experience of negotiating contracts to help you get the financial rewards you deserve. In our experience, having us to help you discuss the terms of your contract is often easier in helping to reach a fair conclusion quickly.
