Work collaboratively cross functionally to identify and implement improvements in behaviours, process and procedures for the benefit of the Ireland business unit; Benchmark metrics versus external / top quartile AR performance measures include invoice accuracy, DSO, aged debt, deductions, overdues etc; Establish plans for ongoing optimisation of AR Customer Finance processes; Ensure SOX and audit compliance; Review and establish internal service targets for collections and deductions; Review and implement a structure to ensure business targets and goals are consistently achieved and issues are resolved promptly.
