Key Account Manager

Set up commercial objectives and joint business plans with each customer along with setting and delivering agreed commercial budgets both in terms of sales and investment. Identify customer needs and opportunities based on a clear market and customer analysis. Negotiate agreements for maximizing distribution and visibility with H.O. buyers (get new listings and develop existing product selections) within defined limits of discretion and fully in line with the European pricing and sales policy and establish commercial agreements.

Who we're looking for
Work with the UK & Ireland category and marketing teams to develop annual promotional plans and category initiatives to support the delivery of our business priorities. Analyzing every aspect of best and worst sellers and ensure that we maximize the potential on all products. Proactively monitor and control all customer budgets in order to maximize profitable sales growth e.g. Year End Rebate and COOP using the Siebel Sales tools. As product specialist, advice your local buyers and buying groups about our assortments, market figures and trends, competitors, etc. and provide them professional support on their category development. Gather information related to the customer reaction and our competitors; feedback this information towards your colleagues in other departments as Marketing & Customer Service: be alert to changes in the local market and signals of end users, customers, buyers and the activities of the competitors.
