As a member of the Enforcement team, Online Operations Associates are on the front-line in ensuring that every member of the Community adheres to Policies and Terms of Use. You will play an important role in my clients success through evaluating content escalated to us by the user community and quickly analyzing that content for potential abuse. In addition, you will be expected to perform other key Enforcement functions, from contributing to our spam fighting efforts to collaborating with other OSO team members to drive step improvements in the team's processes and tools.

Who we're looking for
BA/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record; Knowledge of and familiarity with Internet based products. Strong knowledge of current events; Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment; Must be able to work weekends. Displaying adaptability & flexibility. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
