As a corporate Finance Executive the key responsibilities for this role include:
• Developing, running and interpreting financial models;
• Market research in connection with transactions;
• Business development activities;
• Working directly on transactions including financial structuring, preparation of bids, analytical and quantitative analysis of different offer scenarios, relationship management and negotiation with clients, partners and lending banks.
Who we're looking for
• Have an exemplary academic background;
• Have a keen interest in a career within the financial services sector and demonstrated experience in the sector;
• Actual experience in PPP, infrastructure or project finance would be looked upon favourably;
• skills or qualifications in law, engineering or construction would be looked upon favourably;
• High levels of motivation and energy;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work within a small team and demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and openness to others.
