This role poses an exciting challenge to effectively lead a team of up to 20 staff with a major focus on the strategic development and client relationship management. The specific requirements for this role will include:
- Effective Resource Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Risk and Compliance oversight

Who we're looking for
This role requires an individual who motivated and driven to continuously improve, refine and update the current department. Our client is seeking suitable applicants with:
- Experience at Assistant Vice President or equivalent level with in Transfer Agency
- "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
