This role will involve:
- working as part of a team of senior managers developing the compliance function
- train managers and staff in all areas of compliance
- researching any new regulatory and industry changes
- building a professional relationship with the Financial Regulator, Auditors and Brokers
- business integration of additional Hedge & Private Equity Businesses
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for suitable candidates who have:
- between 5 to 10 years industry experience- Financial Services preferred but Banking will also be considered
- a Masters and/or degree in Accounting
- excellent interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving and leadership ability
- a proven track record in a similar environment
