Beingpart of the Corporate Finance, Dublin based team, within the Industry & Commerce sector, you will be reporting directly to the Corporate Development Director and your role will encompass the following:
•Researching, evaluating and approaching potential acquisitions on a global basis
• Project management of the acquisition process
• Preparation of detailed financial models
• Forming and reviewing deal structures
• Preparation for and negotiations with purchasers, preparation of heads of agreement and liaising with solicitors
Who we're looking for
Being a qualified accountant, you must have at least 12 months experience of Mergers & Acquisitions, leveraged buy outs or transaction services. You will also have the following attributes:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Hungry for new opportunities
• Good report writing and communication skills
