My client; a prestigious and well respected , Edinburgh based fund management organisation is looking to recruit 8 Vice Presidents across 4 specialised areas. These are as follows;
The Senior Billing Manager will manage a team of approximately 15 staff and will report to the EMEA Revenue Controller having overall responsibility for the accurate and timely invoice creation of all SMA revenue for all legal entities within EMEA. The team is comprised of Billing teams for BIM and BAL, which raises over 3000 invoices quarterly valued at over £80 million as well as a dedicated Accounts Receivable function.
The Head of EMEA Corporate Control will manage the Corporate Control team, and report to the EMEA Controller. The role is responsible for monthly reporting to New York for the EMEA regional results, involving analysis and understanding of over 70+ legal entities as a whole (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss). Developing strong relationships with local Revenues and Expenses Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax as well as international relationships with Asia and the US will be key to the role.
The UK Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Head of EMEA Financial Reporting and manage a team of entity controllers for a number of UK and Channel Island legal entities who are responsible for the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet of those entities. This will involve key monthly analytics to aid internal US GAAP management reporting as well as production of quarterly board reports and regulatory returns as well as annual statutory accounts under local GAAP.
The Head of EMEA SMA Revenue will manage a team of 3 staff and will report to the EMEA Revenue Controller having overall responsible for the accurate and timely booking of all separately managed accounts (SMA) net revenues on a legal entity basis within the Investment Management business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This includes the review and control of SMA and Hedge Funds revenue bookings to the general ledger and account reconciliations with heavy focus on validating sub ledger (Oracle AR) data across the two legacy platforms as well as ensuring consistent review and controls (operating and sox).

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have a fund management background though this is not essential.
