•As Payroll Manager you will be based in Dublin, but completing payroll for 100 very high level employees based in Switzerland. Your role will encompass the following:
• Review the integrity of payroll input, sent to the payroll bureau for processing, to ensure accuracy, completeness and statutory compliance.
• Payroll input and calculations for all high level staff of this organisation.
• Responsibility for all payroll journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory returns.
• Liaise and work closely with the payroll bureau to improve payroll reporting and to comply with statutory amendments and changes to company policy and procedures.
• Calculations of ad-hoc payment calculations e.g.. bonuses, share options, back payments etc.
• Support the payroll manager for Ireland with ad-hoc payroll related reports and analysis.
• Fluency in French, would be ideal.
Who we're looking for
Having a strong track record and experience of Swiss payroll, you must also have the following attributes:
• Strong communication skills, ideally Fluent in French
• Dealing with very high level staff, you will need to be professional and be used to dealing with such high level individual
