Paul Sapin SA, a subsidiary of Febvre, is a wine company, based in the countryside town of Macon. From a modern high tech blending, bottling and production facility, they supply internationally recognised clients including airlines, rail companies and supermarkets, exporting to over 25 countries. Being a family owned business with approximately 70 staff on site and turnover of c. €26m, they are a state of the art production facility with a philosophy based upon a subtle alliance of quality, innovation and boldness.

Being a qualified commercial accountant, this is a very hands on role, which encompasses key responsibilities as follows:

• Preparation of monthly management pack
• Assistance and supervision of daily operations of a busy team
• Preparation of annual accounts
• Preparation of cash flows and budgets
• Assist Managing Director with all aspects of financial planning
• Liaise and assist the Commercial Team
• Managing all relationships including company bankers and export insurance companies

Who we're looking for
As a qualified commercial Accountant already operating at a Financial Controller level you will possess the following qualities:

•Natural people skills and experience of working in a manufacturing environment
•A proactive individual who is able to add value above and beyond the production of the numbers
•Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills
