Job Description

  • Process and verify incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and reports.
  • Work with with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Accounts Payable function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset to work well within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
