Job Description

  • Maintaining and growing the sales revenue by working closely with the B2B customers and prospects in Ireland, acting as a commercial advisor whose aim is to provide mutual growth;
  • Developing multi level relationships with existing customers by providing timely and comprehensive technical information about our products and/or services as well as commercial quotations that address the needs of the customer's project;
  • Support customers with technical challenges, both on site and at their premises, through detailed advice and a problem solving mindset;
  • Prepare regional plans after analyzing the market, understanding competitive activity, mapping key accounts and proposing new activity that will help the company to grow its business and increase its success;
  • Provide regular structured account review meetings with customers;
  • Helping to achieve the country sales budget of the professional channel through strong account management and helping installing customers to win business opportunities using both pull and push strategies;

The Successful Applicant

  • Robust Relationship Management: Extensive experience in fostering outstanding relationships across diverse customer roles, from field engineers to executive levels, supported by professional sales training;
  • Influential Negotiator: Capable of driving business outcomes through effective persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building skills;
  • Proactive and Driven: Highly self motivated, with proven initiative and a consistent track record of surpassing sales targets;
  • Demonstrated Excellence in Technical Sales: Solid record of achievements within the Irish construction sector, ideally encompassing sales to installation professionals and engagement in commercial specification projects;
  • Relevant degree or further education in engineering or similar field.
  • Experienced and networked in working with individual construction/installation tradespeoples across Ireland.
