Assist Partners in client work and management of group, and the wider firm. Lots of special assignments on an ad hoc basis along the way too.Clients:Dialogue with client Partners and all Partners staffAudit work and setting budgets - awareness of commercial aspects of clients business and impact on our workArrangement of timetable, booking of staff, planning review and completion of audit and other related assignmentsBe aware of developments in compliance and how this impacts on our clientsClient billingStaff:Organise staff on jobs, ensuring each individual is clear on expectations and timescales, is properly trained and receives constructive feedback.
