Job Description

As the brand Development Manager you will;

  • Deliver sustainable targeted distribution and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Have commercial responsibility within a defined territory and customer base.
  • Take responsibility for all indirect sales through regional wholesale partners.
  • Deliver bespoke key account plans aligned to the brands guidelines.
  • Prospect for new business and build and develop your pipeline.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining both a reactive and proactive element of your journey plan.
  • Support Key Account Managers and RSM's to execute the business plans and customer service.
  • Know and understand the industry within your territory and build relationships with local branches of national trade bodies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in a field based, business development, KAM or sales role.
  • Be driven to succeed and self-motivated to work on own initiative.
  • Experience within the beverage or hospitality industry will be preferred.
  • Be persuasive with strong influencing skills.
  • Be collaborative and action orientated.
  • Have a full clean driving license.
  • Be proficient in IT.
  • Have experience managing profitability.
