Job Description

  • Be first point of contact for clients
  • Build relationships with the existing client base
  • Establish and maintain clear retention and growth goals
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the client's services
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are met
  • Review all complaints and seek to improve aspects of the client experience
  • Promote overall positive experience with the brand

The Successful Applicant

  • 1 - 2 year's experience in a similar position
  • Customer-centric approach to account management
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to build rapport
  • Experience in customer service and promoting value through the customer experience
  • Strong Microsoft and administrative skills
  • quick thinker, and a fast learner
  • excellent attention to detail
