Job Description

  • Take the lead in managing the company's CRM system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective CRM strategies.
  • Provide CRM training and support to team members.
  • Monitor CRM performance and generate regular reports for the management team.
  • Ensure the CRM system is compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the IT team to resolve any CRM system issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM Analyst should have:

  • A strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)..
  • Excellent data analysis skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a CRM analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to travel to UK often.
