Job Description

  • To be a key player in the company's support for external/internal customers and retail partners in escalated issues received via phone and email.
  • Take part in team briefings and training sessions
  • To understand the customer's needs and offer a customer-service driven solution
  • Operate and maintain customer related systems to the required standards
  • To meet and exceed activity targets, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • A problem-solving mindset
  • 2-3 year's experience in customer service
  • Skilled in all Microsoft Office systems
  • Able to receive productive feedback from customers, retailers and the commercial team in regard to their performance
  • An influential and highly effective communicator
  • A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organization
