Job Description
- To be a key player in the company's support for external/internal customers and retail partners in escalated issues received via phone and email.
- Take part in team briefings and training sessions
- To understand the customer's needs and offer a customer-service driven solution
- Operate and maintain customer related systems to the required standards
- To meet and exceed activity targets, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
- A problem-solving mindset
- 2-3 year's experience in customer service
- Skilled in all Microsoft Office systems
- Able to receive productive feedback from customers, retailers and the commercial team in regard to their performance
- An influential and highly effective communicator
- A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organization
