Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio-level benefits register, ensuring that all benefits are planned,monitored and benefits realisation is tracked
- Implement the change control process across all projects and portfolios
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
- Update and administer the programme plan as required using reports from Project
- Managers and the outcomes of project and executive level meetings and workshops
- Manage communications from the TMO, including regular reporting cycle requests.
- Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review
- Providing effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects
- Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project deliverable
- Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverable tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored
- Managing key dependencies across major projects
The Successful Applicant
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to improvise and adapt
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Accounting or Finance background
- Prince II or other project management training
Preferred qualifications:
- Any Graduate of a 3 or 4 year course, with proof of completion
- 3-5 years working experience in cross-regional project management
- An understanding of project management and planning skills
- Design minded with some experience in creating engaging presentations, willing to support
- interactive workshops, managing status meetings and presentations
- Intermediate to advanced Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel skill
