Job Description

  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assisting in the development of the company's annual budget and financial plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with the financial team to streamline financial procedures and systems.
  • Supporting the finance department in performing risk management.
  • Preparing VAT returns and managing tax compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
