Job Description

  • Develop and implement robust monitoring and tracking systems to capture and analyse key business performance information, enabling timely and informed decision-making support for process teams.
  • Support global process owners in conducting the annual process for evaluating and updating operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that target performance levels are reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
  • Champion the standardisation of reporting practices across all delivery centers, promoting consistency and accuracy in reporting metrics and data.
  • Ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation of service levels from both the shared services and customer perspectives, fostering a balanced and transparent assessment of performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve work processes, enhance quality, increase productivity, and optimise service delivery. Take prompt action to implement these improvements and drive continuous enhancement of services.
  • Work closely with the country finance departments to drive the standardisation of reporting practices, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of performance data.
  • Engage with the IT team to leverage enabling technology solutions for effective data management and analytics. Foster collaboration to optimise the use of technology in enhancing reporting capabilities and driving data-driven insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Performance Reporting & Analysis Lead should have:

  • Business and operational knowledge of the finance processes
  • Knowledge and experience of the reporting solution and capability to develop reporting further
  • Good analytical, evaluation and problem solving skills
  • Result and delivery oriented.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise time well.
  • Very open to ideas, feedback and knowledge sharing with others
  • 5-10 years finance reporting or BI experience
  • SAP knowledge
