Where your request relates to your rights under Ireland data protection laws, we will respond to your request within 1 month of receiving your request, unless it is a complex request or you make more than one request. Where this is the case, our response time may be a maximum of 3 months, starting from the day we receive your request. We will let you know within 1 month of receiving your request, whether we need an extension of time and if so, why we need it.
