Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely payroll submission and reporting.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address queries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tax laws and employment regulations impacting payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for internal and external audits.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the finance team with payroll budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP) and local regulations within the EMEA region.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external payroll providers.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
