The role will work closely with the CFO and wider Group finance team to strengthen reporting discipline, support growth, improve systems and processes, and provide reliable financial insight to business leaders.Own the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts across multiple international entities, ensuring accurate reporting within tight deadlines.Lead group consolidations, balance sheet control, month-end close activities, and statutory financial reporting.Partner closely with the CFO to provide commercial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support.Manage technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, stock accounting, provisions, and acquisition accounting.Take ownership of audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and professional service providers.Support ongoing acquisition activity, including onboarding new entities, integration, completion accounts, and post-acquisition reporting.Drive finance process improvements and help enhance reporting capabilities and system utilisation within SAP Business One.Mentor junior finance team members while helping build a scalable finance function within a fast-growing, international businessThe Successful ApplicantThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on leadership role and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
