The role is deeply focused on data, automation and process improvement, helping to modernise reporting, strengthen data governance and enhance the analytical capability of the wider finance organisation.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & ForecastingSupport budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cyclesPrepare and analyse large datasets to underpin modelling and scenario planningDeliver variance analysis, trends, and performance commentaryConsolidate inputs from multiple countries into one coherent financial viewData VisualisationBuild and automate dashboards and reports using advanced Power BIEnsure financial and operational data is accurate, consistent and well controlledModernise legacy reports using scalable, insight‑driven visual toolsPartner with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and create effective BI solutionsProcess ImprovementStrengthen data governance, documentation and process standardisationIdentify opportunities to streamline data flows and automate manual tasksIntegrate and analyse CRM‑based data (e.g., Salesforce) to expand commercial insightSupport ongoing initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting qualityInsights LeadershipProvide analytical support to senior stakeholdersTranslate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insightsBuild strong working relationships across Finance and Operations to align on KPIs and data definitionsThe Successful Applicant3-5+ years' experience in FP&A, data analytics or BI within a multinational environment, with a strong track record of automating reporting, improving processes and enhancing data quality.Advanced capability in Power BI (modelling, DAX, dashboards), strong Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and familiarity with ERP systems; experience working with CRM datasets such as Salesforce is an advantage.Strong financial and analytical grounding with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights; structured, detail‑oriented communicator who can partner effectively across Finance and Operations.Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related discipline; professional finance or BI certifications are beneficial.What's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to join a global leader in innovation, working at the forefront of how modern customer experiences are designed and delivered.
