Job Description
- Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.
- Oversee performance management and training programmes.
- Handle payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, in a generalist or business partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
