Our client is a growing FMCG based in Co. Wicklow. Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve operational processes across customer service, supply chain, warehousing, logistics and finance support.
  • Own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, driving data accuracy, reporting improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage customer onboarding and operational readiness for major retail accounts including Tesco, Dunnes, Aldi and Circle K.
  • Coordinate forecasting, inventory management and supply planning to ensure excellent product availability and service levels.
  • Drive order-to-cash excellence, improving order accuracy, delivery performance, invoicing and customer issue resolution.
  • Support commercial performance through pricing controls, trade spend tracking, margin management and financial process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Irish operations team while working closely with UK Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience within FMCG, food, consumer goods, retail supply, or distribution environments
  • Experience managing operational processes across supply chain, finance, customer operations or logistics
  • Strong ERP experience (Business Central, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite or similar)
  • Track record of driving operational improvements and business transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with major retail customers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills



Desirable

  • Experience supporting Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Aldi, Circle K or similar retail customers
  • Exposure to finance support, trade spend or commercial operations
  • Experience implementing systems improvements or digital transformation projects
  • Warehouse and logistics management experience
