About Our Client
This role is based within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Dublin.
Job Description
- Oversee and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely submissions of payroll taxes and other deductions.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data input and reporting.
- Support the implementation of any system updates or changes in payroll processes.
- Prepare and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and employment regulations in various EMEA entities.
- Assist with end-of-year payroll reporting and audits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll professional should have:
- Proven experience in payroll management or a related role.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software. - ADP highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Understanding of local tax and employment regulations within Ireland.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract for six months.
