The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll in compliance with company policies and local regulations in the EMEA region. This role involves maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of payroll and responding to employee inquiries.

Job Description

  • Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to issues.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll filings and reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate ledger postings.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of ADP payroll system upgrades and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Proven expertise in payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws and regulations in multiple countries
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and finance practices related to payroll.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • French or German language skills would be diserable
  • ADP Workforce Now preferred
