Job Description
- Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to issues.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll filings and reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate ledger postings.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the implementation of ADP payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Proven expertise in payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws and regulations in multiple countries
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance practices related to payroll.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- French or German language skills would be diserable
- ADP Workforce Now preferred
