Job Description

  • Develop and execute lean deployment strategies across multiple sites to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
  • Lead kaizen events and other lean workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of lean implementations.
  • Provide coaching and training on lean principles to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of lean practices with the company's broader business goals.
  • Support the engineering and manufacturing teams in integrating lean methodologies into daily operations.
  • Act as a champion for a lean c.ulture throughout the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lean Deployment (Director level) should have:

  • A strong background in lean principles and their application within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in leading lean transformations and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and engage teams.
  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
