Can you offer swift career progression or the chance to work internationally – especially with the opportunities for Ireland that Brexit will provide? Know your unique selling point and make sure you communicate it effectively.

Be a flexible employer by showing that you are moving away from traditional approaches. This will be a great attraction to the Millennial generation and others with families and commitments. For example, if you facilitate remote working, you’ll promote a forward-thinking mentality, that will attract the ‘mobile on-the-go’ top-end candidates.
